Terms and Conditions of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the AJSB website, authorizing our Discord bot, or purchasing assets from Gokil Works — whether through Roblox or any other supported payment method — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

AJSB is a digital asset distribution and management system developed by Gokil Works, consisting of:

• AJSB Discord Bot: Automates the delivery of digital assets to eligible users upon verified purchase
• AJSB Website: Portal for account management, purchases, and shop configuration
• Server Management Features: Allows Discord server owners to configure their store, including email templates, webhook settings, and Midtrans payment integration
• Roblox Integration: Automatic verification of Gamepass and Developer Product purchases via Roblox OAuth and smart polling
• Midtrans Integration: Fiat currency payment processing (IDR and other supported currencies) for servers that enable this feature

3. NON-AFFILIATION DISCLAIMER

AJSB is an independent service created by Gokil Works. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. Any use of third-party brand names, logos, or terminology is solely for identification and technical compatibility purposes.

4. USER ELIGIBILITY

To use this Service, you must:

• Have an active and valid Discord account
• Comply with the applicable Terms of Service of Discord and Roblox
• Be at least 13 years of age (per Discord's requirements), or have obtained parental or guardian consent
• For Midtrans payment features: be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have obtained parental or guardian consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where users are found to have provided false eligibility information.

5. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

5.1 Robux Payments (Roblox)

Transactions using Robux are conducted via Roblox Gamepasses or Developer Products. We do not process fiat currency (IDR, USD, etc.) for this type of transaction.

• Digital Goods: All items sold are digital files. Once a file has been delivered or accessed, the transaction is considered complete.
• No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless the product is proven to be fundamentally broken and cannot be repaired by our team.
• Roblox Marketplace Fee: You acknowledge that Roblox deducts a 30% marketplace fee from every transaction. We are not responsible for this deduction.

5.2 Fiat Currency Payments via Midtrans

Certain servers that have enabled the Midtrans integration may accept payments in fiat currency (IDR, etc.). For these transactions:

• Payments are processed by Midtrans (Gojek Group) as an independent payment gateway.
• You are subject to Midtrans' applicable Terms and Conditions.
• Refund policies for fiat payments follow Midtrans' regulations and the specific terms set by the server owner where the purchase was made.
• Server owners bear full responsibility for their Midtrans configuration and the resolution of payment disputes on their platform.

6. LICENSE AND USAGE RIGHTS

When you purchase an asset from Gokil Works, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use that asset under the following terms:

• Personal / Commercial Use: You may use the asset in your own Roblox games or projects.
• No Resale: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or leaking the raw files (e.g., sharing the .rbxm, model, or script file) to any third party.
• No Redistribution After Modification: You may not modify and then redistribute the asset to others.
• License Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke your license and access to the Service if you are found to be in violation of these terms (e.g., leaking assets).

7. SERVER OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES

Discord server owners who integrate the AJSB Service are responsible for:

• Configuring webhooks correctly and ensuring their security
• Keeping Midtrans API keys entered into shopSettings confidential
• Ensuring that their server members are aware of the AJSB Service and have consented to this Privacy Policy
• Complying with all applicable regulations, including UU PDP, regarding user data that passes through their webhooks
• Not configuring webhooks to transmit data beyond what is necessary, and specifically not to insecure URLs or untrusted third parties

Gokil Works is not liable for any misuse of server configurations by server owners.

8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass any verification or protection systems in the Service
• Use the Service to distribute malware, malicious scripts, or illegal content
• Abuse bot commands or our API (including spam or excessive requests)
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Service
• Use the Service for fraud, identity theft, or any other illegal activity
• Share or publish any account credentials (API keys, tokens) belonging to any party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our internal systems

9. WEBHOOKS AND NOTIFICATIONS

The webhook feature allows Discord servers to receive automated purchase notifications. Please note:

• Webhook notifications contain only the buyer's Roblox username and Discord username — NEVER the buyer's email address.
• Server owners are responsible for the security of the webhook URLs they configure.
• Gokil Works does not retain the content of webhook notifications after they have been delivered.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The AJSB bot, website, distribution system, source code, and related infrastructure are the exclusive property of Gokil Works and are protected by Indonesian intellectual property law. Purchasing an asset grants you a usage license as described in Section 6 — not ownership of the underlying copyright.

11. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• Your activity poses a risk of harm to the Service, other users, or third parties
• Required by applicable law

Upon termination, access to previously purchased products may be affected, depending on the cause of termination.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Service and assets are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Gokil Works shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or purchased assets
• Service disruptions caused by third parties (Discord, Roblox, Midtrans)
• Data loss due to factors beyond our reasonable control
• Improper use of the Service by server owners in violation of these Terms

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including but not limited to:

• Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP)
• Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection

Disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through:

1. Direct negotiation between the parties as a first step
2. Mediation or arbitration if negotiation does not produce a resolution within 30 days
3. The competent District Court (Pengadilan Negeri) in Indonesia as a last resort

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website or Discord bot at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

15. GENERAL PROVISIONS

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gokil Works regarding the Service.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision shall not be construed as a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
